By accessing our website or submitting an enquiry or enrolment through any channel, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or enquire about our programmes.

Our programmes are intended for individuals aged 18 years and over. By engaging with us you confirm that you meet this requirement, or that you have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent where applicable under Thai law.

3. Nature of Services

Concordia provides educational programmes and informational materials in the areas of family communication, household meeting planning and facilitation skills. All content is delivered as general education and skill-building. We do not provide regulated professional advice, legal advice, psychological services, counselling, mediation services or any other regulated service.

Nothing in our programmes, materials or communications constitutes advice on any specific personal, family, legal or financial matter. Participants are responsible for their own decisions and outcomes.

Programmes are available to participants in Thailand. Availability outside Thailand is subject to prior arrangement.

4. Enrolment

Enrolment in a programme is complete upon receipt of full payment and confirmation from Concordia. We reserve the right to decline any enrolment request at our discretion.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information at the time of enrolment. Concordia accepts no responsibility for missed communications resulting from inaccurate details.

5. User Responsibilities

When participating in any Concordia programme, you agree to:

Concordia reserves the right to remove any participant from a session for conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful or inconsistent with these Terms. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Concordia, including planning templates, session guides, written materials and course resources, remains the intellectual property of Concordia. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal and household purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense or otherwise share Concordia's materials with third parties without prior written consent.

7. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Prices for current programmes are as follows:

Payment methods accepted will be confirmed at the time of enrolment. Full payment is required prior to access to materials or participation in any facilitated session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund policy: Requests for refund made more than 7 days before a scheduled session or before materials are dispatched will be considered and handled at Concordia's discretion. No refunds will be provided once materials have been received or once a facilitated session has commenced. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where operationally feasible.

8. Programme-Specific Terms

The Family Meeting Planning pack is provided as a set of physical and/or digital materials. No attendance at a facilitated session is included. Materials are provided for personal household use only.

The Family Communication Workshop is a facilitated group session. Concordia reserves the right to adjust session timing, format or content where necessary to ensure effective delivery. Minimum and maximum participant numbers may apply.

The Facilitation Skills Training is delivered as a short course across multiple sessions. The full course schedule will be confirmed at enrolment. Attendance at all sessions is recommended to obtain the full benefit of the programme, though Concordia does not issue formal certificates of completion.

9. Disclaimers

Our programmes and materials are provided on an informational basis. Concordia makes no representation that participation in any programme will produce specific outcomes in your household, relationships or personal situation.

Concordia is not a regulated provider of legal, psychological, medical or social work services. Our programmes are not a substitute for professional advice where that advice is required.

The website and materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, Concordia's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or participation in our programmes shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant programme.

Concordia shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss or damage, including loss of business, data or profit, arising in connection with your use of our programmes or materials.

Concordia shall not be in breach of these Terms where any failure to perform or delay in performance results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Concordia, its team members and affiliates from any claims, losses, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our materials or programmes, or any unlawful act or omission on your part.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in a programme with written notice. If you withdraw before a programme commences, our refund policy (section 7) applies. If we terminate your participation due to a breach of these Terms, no refund will be provided.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and dispute resolution shall survive termination of this Agreement.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our programmes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Songkhla Province, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Concordia in relation to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. No waiver of any right under these Terms shall be effective unless made in writing.

Concordia may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without notice. You may not assign your rights without prior written consent from Concordia.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or enrolment in a programme after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
